
Refund Policy
At Heroix Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, yoga, and resources. We want you to feel confident in your investment. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
1. Coaching Sessions & Packages

Single Sessions: Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

Packages: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. Once a package has begun, refunds are not issued for completed sessions. Remaining sessions may be credited toward future services at Heroix’s discretion.
2. Yoga Classes

Memberships or Packages: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if unused. After that, unused sessions may be rolled over or credited, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Drop in classes are non-refundable
3. Digital Products (Guides, PDFs, Resources)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your product, please contact us and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at heroixcoaching@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
