Heroix Coaching was founded in 2024 by Shawn and Michelle Spray with one clear purpose: to make personal growth approachable and real. Born from both professional experience, and a personal passion for helping others, Heroix began as a way to offer support that feels both practical and human.

Shawn Spray

Shawn Spray, Psychology major with a Counseling minor and certified coach, is the founder of Heroix Coaching. Inspired by his own Hero’s Journey, Shawn built Heroix to make growth approachable, supportive, and real for people of all ages.

Michelle Spray

Michelle is a lifelong yoga practitioner and certified instructor, bringing years of dedication and over 100 hours of formal training to her teaching. With her positive energy, Michelle guides her students through a practice that leaves mind, body, and soul feeling revitalized.
